Today I am reviewing the high waisted flex leggings, energy seamless marl leggings, and the vital seamless tops, leggings, and sports bras!! These are all from my fave seller Nepoagym. 00:23 A little bit of fitness in there too.

00:24 So we are going to get through a lot of leggings today.

00:27 I have reviewed some of these in the past.

00:29 So this is kind of going to be more of like a haul,

00:31 mini review style.

00:33 I'm not going to go quite as in depth as I do

00:35 with some of my other videos because we just don't need it.

00:38 You already have the information, it's already there.

00:40 But I am going to tell you

00:41 all of the most important information to know.

00:43 If they're squat proof, how stretchy they are,

00:45 how compressive they are,

00:46 what size to get if you're interested.

01:10 Okay, so first off,

01:12 we're going to talk about the High Waisted Flex.

01:14 So this was definitely kind of a controversial launch

01:17 for Nepoagym.

01:18 One, because, well, we'll get into the sizing later,

01:21 but there's a reason why we don't have any try-ons

01:24 for these leggings.

01:25 A lot of people weren't really sure

01:26 about the whole fitness word on the back.

01:29 So it's definitely accurate to what Gymshark does

01:31 because Gymshark has their big logo on the back.

01:34 Honestly, people didn't really love that

01:35 about Gymshark either.

01:37 But yeah, it just says fitness,

01:39 which I'm not really sure about.

01:41 I think that they could have honestly done

01:42 without this color at all.

01:43 I think that would have been really cute.

01:45 They would have just been a nice high-waisted gray pair

01:48 of contour leggings, which are very flattering.

01:51 They have the gray color, the black color,

01:54 which has the gray fitness logo on the back,

01:57 and then the pink color,

01:59 which I think the pink is my favorite.

02:01 So I had heard from people who got these leggings before me

02:04 that they ran a little small.

02:06 This is an understatement.

02:07 So I got these in a size small, which is my normal size.

02:10 They're tiny.

02:11 I honestly couldn't get them over my foot.

02:13 So that was really quite a challenge for me.

02:17 I got the other two in a size medium,

02:19 and I couldn't get these on either.

02:22 So I have one video clip of me wearing these,

02:25 and the crotch is probably like five inches

02:27 below my actual crotch,

02:29 'cause I really just couldn't get them on at all.

02:31 And I'm so sorry about this,

02:32 'cause I actually can't really review the leggings,

02:34 'cause I actually can't give you a lot of real details

02:36 on these leggings, because they just run so small.

02:40 So I don't really know if they're squat-proof.

02:41 They honestly feel like they would be squat-proof.

02:44 They feel pretty thick.

02:46 The actual details are very similar to Gymshark.

02:48 I'll just go over some of the details right now.

02:51 They have a thick ribbed waistband.

02:53 They have the same contour detailing as Gymshark,

02:56 and then they have the same under-booty contouring as well.

02:59 And the seams look very similar to Gymshark as well.

03:02 As you can tell, these really do look like exact dupes.

03:05 For me, I think the fabric might be slightly thinner

03:08 than Gymshark's, 'cause I did have

03:10 Gymshark's high-waisted flex.

03:11 But yeah, honestly, I can't tell you too much about these,

03:16 because they were so small, I couldn't get them on.

03:18 So I probably could have had a size large in these leggings,

03:21 and I have literally never worn a size large in leggings,

03:23 ever, even when I size up in leggings.

03:25 Usually I'm a size medium.

03:27 So these run super, super small.

03:29 So get, honestly, two full sizes up from your normal size,

03:32 if you're interested in these.

03:33 But I have a feeling Nepoagym is going to update

03:36 these leggings, because they like to please the consumers,

03:39 more so than other AliExpress sellers.

03:41 So make sure to follow me on Instagram and everything

03:46 'cause I think they also said they might make them

03:48 without the logo.

03:49 So keep your eyes out.

03:51 And sorry, I don't have more to say about these.

03:53 But I was kind of disappointed,

03:54 because I love the high-waisted flex.

03:56 Next, I want to talk about Nepoagym's new,

03:58 like unique leggings that are theirs,

04:00 which are the Energy Seamless Marl colors.

04:03 First of all, look at these colors for summer, people.

04:06 I mean, these are just beautiful.

04:07 This coral color is definitely my favorite.

04:09 I love a nice neon coral.

04:11 This super pretty teal blue color,

04:13 and then this nice little magenta pink color.

04:15 So a few details of these leggings.

04:17 Basically, they're the same shape and structure,

04:19 as the Energy Seamless leggings.

04:21 They have a thick ribbed waistband.

04:24 They have some contour detailing.

04:26 They have the Energy eyelets.

04:28 And then they have more eyelets

04:29 at the bottom of the legging.

04:30 They also have a little panel detailing

04:32 down the legs as well,

04:33 which is the same as the original Energy Seamless.

04:36 So I watched Denise Andres' video on these,

04:38 because this was her collaboration with Nepoagym,

04:41 which is really cool.

04:42 But she said that she added

04:44 the Vital Seamless Booty Contour to these.

04:46 And these, at least the ones I got,

04:48 and the ones that everyone else has been telling me about,

04:51 does not have the Vital Seamless Booty Contouring.

04:53 And what she means by the Vital Seamless Booty Contouring

04:55 is the little dot contouring.

04:57 And these just have the regular Energy Seamless Contouring,

05:01 which is just this very, very subtle,

05:03 little extra compressive region.

05:07 So it doesn't really do a ton for your booty.

05:09 Honestly, I feel like these are pretty flattering

05:10 on the booty anyway,

05:11 so I don't think it's really necessary.

05:13 But yeah, just know that she was saying

05:15 that those were the details on the leggings,

05:17 and a lot of people are ordering these leggings,

05:19 and that is not showing up on the leggings.

05:21 I don't really know what the story with that is.

05:23 Maybe they had a bunch of these leggings already made

05:26 without that contouring,

05:27 and they were still selling those.

05:28 So I'm not really sure,

05:29 but mine does not have that booty contour detailing.

05:32 Some more things to know about these leggings.

05:33 They are true to size.

05:35 I wear my normal size small.

05:36 And compared to the actual Energy Seamless from Nepoagym,

05:39 these are definitely a little stiffer and rougher.

05:42 I personally preferred the solid colors,

05:44 just because they had so much stretch to them.

05:46 At least the updated versions,

05:47 they actually had a ton of stretch to them.

05:49 And these are also super, super compressive.

05:52 So I would assume that they're also pretty cellulite friendly

05:54 because they're so compressive,

05:56 and they also have that marl detail,

05:57 which definitely helps with cellulite as well.

05:59 Personally, for me, the marl fabric has kind of like

06:02 an itchy, more rough texture.

06:04 I know some people don't mind it,

06:06 but for me, it's just a little less comfortable

06:08 than the slick material of the original Energy Seamless.

06:12 And as for each color, most colors are very similar.

06:15 I felt like the peach color was the tiniest bit stretchier

06:17 than the other colors,

06:18 but they were all overall pretty stretchy.

06:20 And as for squat proofness,

06:21 they weren't entirely squat proof for any of the colors.

06:24 The teal were about a six out of 10 squat proofness,

06:28 so not great.

06:29 The magentas were about an eight out of 10 actually.

06:31 So these were probably the most squat proof

06:33 out of all the colors, which was great.

06:35 And the coral, I mean,

06:37 the corals were honestly pretty sheer, guys.

06:39 These were probably like a three out of 10 squat proofness.

06:41 So definitely don't want to wear them on an actual leg day,

06:46 even leaning over too much.

06:47 You could probably see a decent amount through these leggings

06:49 which is kind of disappointing

06:50 'cause I know Nepoagym really likes

06:52 to make their leggings squat proof.

06:54 So not really sure what happened here, but we...

06:57 So yeah, that is basically it

06:59 for the Energy Seamless Marl Leggings.

07:01 And now I'm just going to quickly go over

07:03 some of the Vital Seamless sets.

07:05 I have done an in-depth review of the new colors

07:08 of the Vital Seamless leggings, except for this pink color,

07:11 but we're going to go over squat proofness of all of them.

07:14 And I also have reviewed the Vital Seamless tops

07:17 and sports bras.

07:18 So I'm just going to go over a few details

07:20 and show you how they fit on me and everything.

07:22 So for the leggings, I recommend sizing down a full size

07:25 in all of the leggings, in all colors.

07:27 I tried on all of these colors in a size extra small

07:30 and they all fit me very well.

07:31 I didn't feel like they were too tight

07:33 on the butt or the seams

07:34 and the waistband fit me with no gaping.

07:37 Definitely size down in all of the Vital Seamless leggings.

07:39 This includes new colors and the old colors.

07:42 These new colors are also very, very stretchy,

07:45 much more stretchy than the old colors actually,

07:47 which is why I definitely love them a lot more.

07:50 I didn't really used to be a huge Vital Seamless fan,

07:52 but now honestly I am.

07:54 Just going over the squat proofness of each of these,

07:56 this light pink color was about a six out of 10

07:59 squat proof, so not great, but I couldn't see like too much,

08:03 but they're just a very light color and they're very stretchy

08:06 so not entirely squat proof.

08:07 The blues I'll give a seven out of 10 for squat proofness.

08:10 I actually wore these on a leg day the other day

08:12 and I was totally fine with it.

08:13 You really can't see like that much.

08:15 When I film my squat test,

08:17 I'm in front of a bright ring light

08:18 and it's definitely a lot more visible

08:20 than if you're just in the gym squatting.

08:22 So these were seven out of 10

08:23 and they were okay with me for a leg day.

08:26 The maroons were actually pretty good.

08:27 I give them an eight out of 10 squat proof.

08:29 So yeah, these were decent,

08:32 but the black ones unfortunately were about

08:34 a six out of 10 squat proof.

08:36 It is hard to make black leggings squat proof

08:38 because when you squat, the black is such in contrast

08:41 with like a light skin tone like mine,

08:43 it just looks a lot more sheer.

08:45 So yeah, these were about a six out of 10.

08:47 There was definitely some sheerness.

08:49 So I wouldn't wear those on a leg day personally.

08:51 The bras definitely feel like a lighter support

08:53 than the original Vital Seamless sports bras.

08:55 I think because this new Vital Seamless material

08:58 is so much stretchier that it doesn't quite have

09:00 the same structure as the other one.

09:02 The other ones were definitely a little stiffer

09:03 and more structured.

09:05 So the bras actually gave me a decent amount of support.

09:07 These are definitely a light to medium support.

09:09 The fabric is just so super stretchy and lightweight.

09:12 But if you don't really need a lot of support,

09:14 if you don't have a very large chest,

09:15 then these are totally fine.

09:16 Something to know about the bras,

09:18 you'll see in the try on and in the ones I'm wearing

09:20 right now, because they're so thin and lightweight,

09:24 you can actually see the pads a little bit,

09:26 which isn't my favorite thing in the whole world.

09:28 I don't really like being able to see the pads.

09:30 So I don't know if this fabric is just like

09:32 a little thinner, but I would appreciate

09:34 if they could make the fabric thicker on the tops.

09:37 They do usually update their Vital Seamless collections

09:39 and make the fabric thicker.

09:41 They did that for the last Vital Seamless.

09:42 So hopefully they do that for the bras as well,

09:45 because you can also definitely see the pads

09:47 in this light colored pink as well.

09:49 And the tops, I've already reviewed the tops as well,

09:52 but I love these long sleeve tops,

09:53 because with so many long sleeve crop tops,

09:56 especially Gymsharks, they usually crop them

09:58 to like right here.

09:59 So if you lift your arms up, you can see the bra.

10:01 But you cannot see it with these,

10:03 because they've actually made these

10:04 a decent length crop top.

10:06 So you're only showing a few inches of skin,

10:08 which is really nice.

10:09 So I definitely would recommend these tops

10:12 over Gymsharks tops, honestly.

10:14 The only thing about these tops

10:15 is that this little like sleeve part,

10:17 they do have thumb holes.

10:18 The sleeve part is just a little bit compressive for me,

10:21 and it's like a little tight on my wrists.

10:23 So if you have like big hands or wrists or something,

10:27 maybe size up, but I do wear a size small in the tops.

10:30 And I have a full in-depth review on the leggings.

10:32 But like I said, these are one of my favorite

10:34 pairs of leggings these days.

10:36 The waistband, in your correct size,

10:38 doesn't stretch out and is super compressive and flattering.

10:41 The whole leggings, they're just so super stretchy.

10:44 And honestly, I think mixing and matching

10:46 some of these outfits, like the little blue top,

10:48 pink bottoms, would be super cute

10:51 and just perfect for summer, honestly.
