Former CIA officer Jim Semivan recently claimed on a podcast that there is a "non-human intelligence living with humans on Earth". Semivan shared a personal experience from the 1990s where he witnessed "aliens" in his bedroom, with one resembling the Dementors from Harry Potter. Regarding Unidentified Aerial Phenomena or UAPs, Semivan expressed the need for extensive research as humans currently have "zero answers" to many questions. He concluded that not investigating the possibility of non-human intelligence on Earth is not an option anymore.
