South London sandwich shop becoming hottest spot in the capital with queues down the road

The Chatsworth Bakehouse that borders Crystal Palace and Anerley is becoming so popular customers have to pre-order.   The bakery sells focaccia, sandwiches and homemade deserts and is quickly becoming one of London’s top spots.

00:05 Bakehouse in Annerley, South East London, an independent bread and sandwich shop that

00:10 is taking the capital by storm. Locals and tourists are coming down by the dozen every

00:16 day and can be seen at the shop in Annerley queuing up from 12.30 to get their hands on

00:21 sandwiches, homemade cookies and focaccia bread. Customers normally pre-order on the

00:26 website before collecting but others can do what I did and try and take their chance on

00:31 the day. I have to say it didn't work out too well for me today. I did miss out on a

00:35 sandwich but I have got myself an olive focaccia bread and a vegan brownie.

00:50 yeah. Found out about it about a month ago, been there like about four times since then.

01:00 it home. I've seen many people coming on Instagram so I just wanted to come. I got the sandwich

01:08 of the week, a salted brownie and a cookie. I got my first sandwich here like I'd say

01:21 three weeks ago. I live pretty locally but I can never get there at 12.30 on a Monday

01:27 without a drop. So what did you get today? Today was the bargi barti and a cereal cookie

01:36 and a slava jalapeno focaccia. This artisan bakehouse that was once a hidden gem is quickly
