Here lies the rare footage of Van Halen performing at Monsters of Rock in 1984.
For those of you who do not want this video public, consider the fact that monetization is very much possible even without an "official" release by Van Halen. This is done by the ads that come up before/after the video (exactly how modern content creator make passive income online). By copyright striking this footage, you are not only tearing away an important piece of rock history, but are hurting the Music Industry as a whole. Why can't the original owner be the financial beneficiary from this being public; whether it's an official release or not?
