Former President Donald Trump has been arrested for the fourth time, this time over his attempts to overturn the 2020 election result in Georgia.

Once again, Mr Trump left his Bedminster golf course, this time heading to hand himself in at Fulton County Jail, north-west of Atlanta.

Mr Trump remains free after posting a two-hundred thousand dollar bail after being officially arrested, processed and his photo taken.

Now, he is the first former US president with a mugshot.

After being jailed and released, Mr Trump told reporters “I did nothing wrong” before boarding his private plane.
