NBC reports that Donald Trump’s personal lawyer, who agreed with the former president’s election fraud
claims, has continued to maintain his innocence.

According to Giuliani, his actions
were in line with avidly
advocating for his client. .
The Fulton County indictment accuses Giuliani of taking
part in a criminal conspiracy and pressuring election
officials with claims of voting fraud he knew were false. .
Additionally, Giuliani is charged
with promoting false claims in sworn legal
filings regarding rigged voting machines.
The indictment also accuses Giuliani of making false
claims about a Georgia election worker, who was
later the target of death threats and harassment. .
NBC reports that Giuliani is one of six
co-conspirators at the center of special counsel
Jack Smith's federal criminal case against Trump.
NBC reports that Trump has also
said that he will turn himself over to
authorities in Atlanta on August 24.
While being arraigned for the case,
Trump pleaded not guilty to the
array of charges he's facing.
