Pista Doodh Sharbat Recipe by Food Fusion

Ingredients:
-Pista (Pistachios) 1/3 Cup (soaked for 2 hours)
-Badam (Almonds) 12-15 (soaked for 2 hours)
-Char maghaz (Melon seeds) 2 tbs (soaked for 2 hours)
-Water ¼ Cup
-Doodh (Milk) 1 & ½ litre
-Cornflour 1 tbs
-Sugar ½ Cup or to taste
-Green food color as required
-Pistachio essence 1 tsp (optional)
-Green jelly cubes as required
-Yellow jelly cubes as required
-Sagudana (Tapioca sago) boiled as required
-Pista (Pistachios) sliced as required
-Ice crushed
-Pista (Pistachios) sliced

Directions:
-In a grinder,add pistachios,almonds,melon seeds,water,blend well & set aside.
-In a wok,add milk,blended paste,cornflour,sugar & whisk well.
-Turn on the flame & bring it to boil (stir in between).
-Add green food color & mix well.
-Add pistachios essence,mix well & cook on low flame for a minute.
-Let it cool.
-In a jug,add green jelly,yellow jelly,tapioca sago,prepared sharbat,pistachios & mix well.
-Add crushed ice,pistachios & serve!
