Five people have been killed and at least 37 people have been injured in a Russian missile strike on Chernihiv, Ukraine's interior ministry has said. A total of 11 children are among the injured, it said on Telegram. A theatre and university are among the buildings damaged in the strike, which happened earlier this morning.
