In this episode of “The AI Quotient,” Blackbird gets concerned The Citizen “ain’t right in the head.” Of course everyone knows that’s true, including Dr. Hilda Von Stern, The Citizen’s old psychiatrist and Vladimir Sputin, an old fan and first-time caller to the show.
