Chocolate Chip Oat Cake – It tastes like a decadent dessert but is packed with simple, nourishing ingredients. A guilt-free treat that’s gluten & dairy-free!
Ingredients:
1/2 cup oats
1/2 spotty banana
1 egg
1/4 cup milk of choice (I went with homemade cashew )
Pinch of salt
1/4 tsp baking soda
Chocolate chips
Optional: 1 tbsp sweetener of choice (honey, maple syrup, coconut sugar, brown sugar...)
Directions:
Blend all ingredients (except chocolate chips) until smooth.
Pour into an oven-safe dish.
Sprinkle with chocolate chips.
Bake at 350°F for 20-25 minutes.
