Kickstart your day with these perfect muffins! They boast being gluten-free, dairy-free, free from refined sugars, and are made with whole grains.

Ingredients:
3 mashed bananas
1/4 c honey
1/4 c natural peanut butter
1/4 c oat milk
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 1/2 c Pamela’s gluten-free flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp salt

Instructions:
Combine bananas, honey, peanut butter, oat milk, egg, and vanilla.
Gradually add dry ingredients.
Pour batter into muffin pan and sprinkle with chocolate chips.
Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes.
Best enjoyed with Greek yogurt in the morning!
