China recently announced it would once again allow group tours to over 70 countries, including Japan, the U.S. and U.K. But Taiwan was not included on the list. Chinese tourists have been unable to visit Taiwan since the COVID-19 pandemic began, and businesses reliant on tourism say the lack of Chinese visitors is hurting their bottomline.
