್ವದೇಶದ ಮಾಹಿತಿಯನ್ನು ಶತ್ರು ದೇಶಕ್ಕೆ ಪೂರೈಸುವುದು ಅಥವಾ ಹಣ ಪಡೆದು ಶತ್ರು ದೇಶದ ನೀತಿಗಳನ್ನು ದೇಶದಲ್ಲಿ ಜಾರಿಗೆ ತರುವುದು ಇವು ವಿಶ್ವಾಸಘಾತವಾಗಿದೆ. ಇಂತಹ ವಿಶ್ವಾಸಘಾತವನ್ನು ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್ ಯಾವಾಗಲೂ ಮಾಡುತ್ತಾ ಬಂದಿದೆ.Providing information from one's home country to an enemy country or getting money to implement enemy country's policies in the country is treason. Congress has always done such treachery.
