Senegal has made it to the quarter finals before, in 2002. They are the highest ranked African team in the World Cup. Tunisia still hasn't made it past the group stage, and they've got a tough group in the first rounds. They will play England and Belgium. Morocco is joining for the first time since 1998. They didn't concede a single goal in their qualifying round. Is it time for Africa?
