Mini Savory Cakes Recipe by Food Fusion

A back to school special Mini Savory Cakes for lunch box. Your little ones are going to love this new snack in their lunch box.

Ingredients:
-Doodh (Milk) warm 1 Cup (250ml)
-Bareek cheeni (Caster sugar) 1 tsp
-Khameer (Instant yeast) 1 tsp
-Anda (Egg) 1
-Kali mirch (Black pepper) crushed ½ tsp
-Mixed herbs ½ tsp
-Lal mirch (Red chilli) crushed ½ tsp
-Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste
-Maida (All-purpose flour) sifted 1 & ½ Cup (250g)
-Hara pyaz (Spring onion) chopped ½ Cup
-Anday (Eggs) boiled & chopped 2
-Chicken boiled & shredded ½ Cup
-Cooking oil 4 tbs

Directions:
-In a bowl,add warm milk,caster sugar,instant yeast & mix well,cover & let it rest for 4-5 minutes.
-Add egg,black pepper crushed,mixed herbs,red chilli crushed,salt & whisk well.
-Add all-purpose flour & whisk until well combined.
-Add spring onion,eggs,chicken & mix until well combined then transfer to a piping bag.
-In a frying pan,heat cooking oil,pipe out prepared mixture & flatten with the help of greased spoon & fry pancakes from both sides on low flame until golden brown.
-Serve with tomato ketchup (makes 12)!
