00:15 - So you're back now to defend the three races

00:18 that you won last year.

00:19 You got it off to a winning start.

00:21 - Yeah, that's right.

00:21 - You must be feeling fantastic about that.

00:23 - Yeah, it's a good start to the day.

00:25 One down, two to go.

00:27 A bit tired in the legs,

00:28 but hopefully they hold up for the next two.

00:30 - And did you feel just as good in that half marathon

00:32 as you did last year when you won the race?

00:34 - I definitely had to work a lot harder.

00:35 I had some more competitive runners at the front,

00:38 so it wasn't as easy to hold the front as I did last year.

00:42 I had to work quite hard and sit behind someone this year.

00:44 - And you're saying it's the fourth time

00:47 you've been back to this event, is that right?

00:49 - Fourth time in five years, yeah.

00:51 - Means a lot to you to come back here.

00:52 - It does, yeah.

00:53 It's always a very nostalgic run
