00:28 They have no food, no transport, and their animals are starving.
00:34 And these people are waiting for the authorities.

00:40 People say that the DPO Bahawalnagar and DC Bahawalnagar came the other day and left after the photo session.
00:46 While the local people are trapped here and neither are the people available with medicine nor are the animals being rescued from here.

01:32 We are very helpless at the moment.
01:34 So we are trying to make everything work.
01:36 The Darya-e-Chanap dam is working.
01:38 At the moment, the area of more than a kilometer is flooded.
01:42 But so far, no action has been taken by the MacMain R. Muzaffargarh.
01:46 We have asked the Punjab government to give land in exchange for the damage caused by the dam.
01:51 So that they can build their homes.
