There's more evidence of a growing American military presence across northern Australia, with a new U.S. Air Force "mission planning" and operations centre to be built in Darwin. US budget documents uncovered by the ABC reveal Washington is planning to spend over half a billion dollars on infrastructure in the Top End over the next two to three years.
