Cambodia's outgoing Prime Minister Hun Sen defends his decision to hand power to his son amid international criticism of elections his party won against no meaningful opposition.

"Although you say it is a dynasty, the constitution does not prevent my son from being a prime minister," he told an audience at a road inauguration ceremony.
