00:06 Hundreds of thousands of enthusiastic young pilgrims

00:08 continued to gather as World Youth Day 2023 entered day two.

00:14 Pope Francis made his arrival this morning and while his first World Youth

00:17 Day event is not scheduled until tomorrow morning,

00:20 he's been busy throughout the day with speeches and meetings.

00:23 Meanwhile, young pilgrims gathered around the 700 or so bishops who are in Lisbon,

00:27 participating in catechesis sessions, moments of prayer and festivities.

00:33 The organizers have also set up a City of Joy where hundreds of priests are

00:37 hearing the confessions of young people. There is also a vocations fair showcasing

00:41 the countless ways consecrated life has lived in the Church,

00:44 along with conferences and talks on a variety of topics.
