Yorkshire Day: Celebrations take place across the region

00:09 actually the anniversary of the Battle of Mindon as well as the emancipation of

00:14 slaves which was campaigned for as you know by MP William Wilberforce also

00:19 from Yorkshire. But we're here today to celebrate at Pontefract Castle whilst

00:24 celebrations, civic events and all sorts of activities go on throughout God's Own County.
