00:06 My first Canadian slang is a toque,

00:10 which apparently are called beanies or toboggans in America,

00:14 and that's not what a toboggan is,

00:16 but we call them toques, the hats you wear in the winter.

00:19 The second thing is a loonie.

00:21 That's what we call our dollar coin,

00:23 which is not a dollar bill.

00:25 Do you guys have $2 bills?

00:26 No, just $1 bills,

00:28 but we have a coin for $2 called a toonie.

00:30 And the third one is a canuck,

00:33 which people think Canadians are called canucks,

00:36 but it's actually a hockey team in Vancouver.

00:38 And those are my favorite Canadian slangs.
