A drug processing laboratory in Iskandar Puteri, Johor has been uncovered by the police, with the value of seized drugs, equipment and vehicles amounting to RM2.45mil.

State police chief Comm Datuk Kamarul Zaman Mamat said four men have been arrested for being involved in the drug laboratory, which had been operating since April.

00:00 This operation was carried out on July 25, at around 7.30pm to 12.30pm.
00:09 They carried out a special operation, which was to blow up a sacred building,
00:16 processing a type of ketamine drug, which involves two foreign agents in the Iskandar Puteri area.
00:24 Among the four men who were arrested, three were locals and one was a foreigner,
00:35 aged between 28 and 44 years old.
00:40 A number of the drugs were successfully removed,
00:44 and the results of the investigation show that we have carried out an urine test on four suspects,
00:49 two of them were positive for ketamine, and two of them also have a record of drug use and crime.
00:58 Their mode of operation in the drug processing process is to make the premises rented as a drug processing factory.
01:08 The results of our investigation show that this drug processing operation took place in early April 2023.
01:18 In this operation, the police have successfully removed 4.63 kg of ketamine, worth around Rp 300,000,
01:31 and 166 litres of ketamine liquid, worth Rp 1.8 million.
01:39 The total number of both drugs and ketamine liquid stolen is worth Rp 2.1 million.
01:48 The drugs that were stolen in this operation, if they were released to the public,
