SUCOPRESS/Raquel Laguna. Spanish-American writer, producer, and actress JULIA RIBAS premieredJUNE at the LA Shorts International Film Festival. On the red carpet, Julia talks about what inspired her to write the film, about the main character of her story and about her next projects. Julia was raised in both the United States and Spain. For this reason, she is fascinated with bilingual and bicultural stories. Her production company “Camino Production Company” focuses on stories about women and fosters a community of women working in the entertainment industry. The LA Shorts International Film Festival runs until July 30th at L.A. LIVE Regal Cinemas and the Laemmle NoHo Theatres.
