00:05 Flood warnings remain in place across Lancashire following a weekend of heavy rainfall. Alerts

00:10 of flooding were issued late yesterday evening and they are still in place at 8am this morning.

00:31 man has been charged with the death of a 15 year old girl following a collision in Lancashire.

00:39 The 15 year old, named as Bonnie Rae Borrow, suffered serious head injuries and was taken

00:44 to Manchester Children's Hospital and later transferred to Withenshaw Hospital where she

00:49 sadly died. 23 year old Cameron Hughes of Huddington Drive, Blackley, has now been charged

00:56 with causing death by dangerous driving. A former Wigan police officer has been banned

01:02 for coercive and violent behaviour towards their partner. 32 year old PC Abigail Barlow

01:09 worked in Greater Manchester Police Wigan's division until she resigned in January of

01:13 this year. She pleaded guilty in December choosing coercive and controlling behaviour

01:18 against her former partner between June 2016 and October 2020. She was sentenced to 26

01:26 weeks in prison and suspended for two years. And finally, the weather. Flood warnings are

01:32 still in place and motorists are advised to exercise caution when travelling around Lancashire.
