Calls for government to act as rental stress increases

There's growing pressure on governments to do more to ease housing stress with warnings the situation is getting dire. A survey of hundreds of people by national housing campaign "Everybody's Home" shows four in five renters are spending more than 30 per cent of their income on housing, with two thirds of those surveyed reporting the accommodation crisis is affecting their mental health.
