Southern Tagalog Militants, represented by Bagong Alyansang Makabayan (BAYAN), held a protest rally along Quezon Boulevard in Manila on Saturday, July 22, in advance of President Ferdinand Marcos Jr.'s second State of the Nation Address (SONA) on July 24.
