00:00 Unfortunately, it's still the case in 2023, in the great city in the world, the most progressive
00:04 city in the world, that women on a regular basis suffer sexual harassment, sexual abuse,
00:11 violence. Across the country, every three days, a woman is killed at the hands of a man that's not
00:17 on. So what this part of the campaign is about is giving them the tools, the confidence to check
00:23 and challenge their friends, their mates who may be acting inappropriately in a sexist or misogynistic
00:29 way. Two things which we're doing is launching an interactive immersive film of 20-something men
00:37 and you can see in this role play, if you like, what's taking place. Separately, one of our
00:42 country's leading comedians, Ramesh Ranganathan, has done a skit using the word 'mate' to give
00:47 people the tools, the word 'mate', in a respectful way to challenge their mates who are acting
00:52 inappropriately. We're hoping changing people's attitudes, changing men's attitudes, will lead to
00:58 that pipeline of men that can go into doing violence against women and girls being reduced and then stopped.
