EVA Air Under Fire Over Pilot Who Failed Breathalyzer

Taiwan's second-largest airline has admitted flaws in its operating procedures in the case of a pilot who reported for duty with alcohol in their system but who was allowed to fly after passing a breathalyzer test on the eighth attempt.
