14-year-old charged with murdering younger brother in Melaka

A Form Two student was charged at the Magistrate's Court in Ayer Keroh on Tuesday (July 18) with the murder of his nine-year-old brother.
He was then ordered to be sent to Permai Hospital in Tampoi, Johor, for psychiatric assessment.
