The Bapla Rural Promotion Centre in Burkina Faso offers agricultural training to young people who have left school.
Former trainees such as Zéphirin KAMBIRÉ and Viviane KAMBIRÉ have acquired essential skills and knowledge to improve their farming practices and achieve better yields.
However, the centre is finding it difficult to generate interest and provide the necessary resources. Declining enrolments and limited availability of equipment are hampering the success of the programme.
