'Dodong' makes landfall in Isabela; to remain a tropical depression before PAR exit

The fourth cyclone to form within the country's area of responsibility this year, Tropical Depression Dodong landed in Dinapigue, Isabela, at 3 a.m., the state weather bureau said on Friday, July 14.
In its latest issued bulletin at 5 a.m., the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) said "Dodong" has maximum sustained winds of 45 kilometers per hour(kph) near the center and gustiness of up to 55 kph.
