I visited Highfield/Lowfield to find out why house prices are rising fast

It is not hard to see why people want to live in Highfield and Lowfield, but massive house price increases in recent years have been higher than anywhere else in the city.

In December 2022, the average house sale was up £55,000 compared to December 2021 - an increase of over 40%.
