Airlines to handle 'Not to Land' travellers, no more third parties, says minister

Home Minister Datuk Seri Saifuddin Nasution Ismail told reporters on Wednesday (July 12) that the Cabinet had made a decision that airline companies are now responsible for sending back travellers who have been issued Not to Land (NTL) notices and not third parties.
