Most of us suffer from insomnia at some point in our lives and at the moment with cost of living pressures so high people are finding it hard to relax enough to get a good night's sleep. So what can you do to stop your thoughts racing -- and calm a busy mind? Alexander Sweetman from flinders university says around half of Australians will experience short-term insomnia.
