Ahead of July 4, 2023, Chicagoans were treated to a spectacular display of fireworks.
The event took place at the iconic Navy Pier on July 1. It featured non-stop fireworks that easily lit up the night sky and were visible from the Navy Pier and along the nearby lakefront.
If the goal was to get Americans excited for Independence Day, the loud and colorful explosions certainly achieved that, leaving no question about their impact.
