Food and beverage constitute about 50 percent of the country's micro, small, and medium enterprises.
To support them, the government has been holding trade events to connect them with fellow sellers and consumers.
One of these efforts is the National Food Fair.
For this year's edition, the food fair is embracing the hybrid setup with a physical fair happening at a mall in Mandaluyong and a simultaneous one in an online platform.
