Three minority advocacy groups have accused Harvard University of violating the Civil Rights Act of 1964 by giving preference to wealthy donors and children of alumni during the admissions process, according to a complaint filed Monday with the Department of Education.This complaint comes just days after the Supreme Court struck down the decades-long practice of affirmative action.
