With crispy graham cracker crusts and a smooth pumpkin puree and cream cheese filling, these miniature desserts are baked in the oven at 350 degrees. Once baked, pipe whipped cream over each cheesecake and sprinkle pumpkin pie spice over the the cream. They’re so easy to make, you’ll never go back to a regular sized cheesecake again.
