NDIS Review Co-Chair calls for reform of scheme

The architect of the National Disability Insurance Scheme says more children are in the system than were originally intended. That's a key challenge identified by an interim report into the 35-billion-dollar scheme. It's listed five areas that need action to ensure the sustainability of the scheme which is already supporting of hundreds of thousands of people.
