On June 29, senior Congress leader Rahul Gandhi took a helicopter ride to reach Churachandpur district in violence-hit Manipur. Gandhi was stopped by local police and teargas was also fired near his convoy from Imphal. In a tweet, Gandhi said, “Manipur needs healing.
