US Coast Guard launches Marine Board of Investigation to determine cause and recommend civil or criminal actions. Debris and evidence, including presumed human remains, to be transported to US port for analysis and testing. Transportation Safety Board of Canada and Royal Canadian Mounted Police also investigating. Five passengers on board were Shahzada and Suleman Dawood, Hamish Harding, Paul-Henri Nargeolet, and Stockton Rush.
