Riots have broken out in Paris after a cop was accused of "executing" a teenager after he stopped him for violating traffic laws. 9 people have been arrested as fires continue to burn in the Parisian suburb of Nanterre, after delivery driver Nael, 17, was killed by an on-duty cop yesterday morning. The killing was described by witnesses as 'an execution' and was captured on video.
