Sheffield Council leader Tom Hunt talks through the 'exciting' decision to chose Urban Splash over other big developers to bring the former Cole Brothers / John Lewis building back to life.

Urban Splash plans to transform the site into a mixed use landmark with shopping, food, workspace and a rooftop pocket park.
