Former Mambung, Sulu vice mayor on the run after Saturday encounter

Former Maimbung, Sulu vice mayor Pando Mudjasan is still on the run following a clash between his followers and security troops out to arrest him on Saturday.

A local official tagged Mudjasan's group as terrorists.
