Poll Shows 13% of Older Americans Are Addicted to Junk Food

You may not want to believe it but if you’re between 50 and 80 years old you might meet the criteria for addiction to junk food and beverages. Recent data from the University of Michigan’s National Poll on Healthy Aging suggests that about 13% of older Americans are addicted that certain types of people are more prone to struggle with these types of foods.
