Wagner chief says he is inside Rostov army HQ, controls city's military sites

Images released on June 24 on the Telegram account of a company linked to the chief of the Russian mercenary group Wagner, Yevgeny Prigozhin, show Prigozhin claiming that he is inside the headquarters of the Russian southern military district in the city of Rostov-on-Don.
