VIC Government accused of hoarding infrastructure money

The VIC State Government has been accused of hoarding half a billion dollars earmarked for infrastructure in Melbourne's booming outer suburbs. The growth areas infrastructure fund, which is made up of industry levies, hasn't been touched for the past two state budgets. Affected locals say they can't wait for necessities like schools, train stations and buses.
