Watchdog calls for new laws to regulate industry

The Telecoms Industry Ombudsman has spent three years examining the conduct of phone and internet providers and has released a damning report. It has found consumers are being let down with practices such as selling products and plans that don't suit customers along with not fixing problems quickly.
