Bill to legalise personal use introduced in three states

There's a coordinated push to legalise Cannabis for personal use across three states with bills being introduced in New South Wales, Victoria, and Western Australia. The proposed laws by the legalise Cannabis party would allow adults to grow and possess the plant.
